Basic, clear and in date DBS is a mustDuties include:Leading a team of 2 engineersManaging PPM and reactive maintenanceFault finding across mechanical and electrical systemsOverseeing critical MandE services and responding to escalationsCompleting plant room checks, reports and handoversEnsuring HandS, compliance and SLA requirements are metRequirements:Relevant technical qualification (Electrical/Mechanical)Strong MandE fault-finding experienceBasic clear, in date DBSGood knowledge of building services, including A/C and BMSPrevious NHS/healthcare experience advantageousStrong leadership and communication skillsProactive and able to work independently Tech-People are a leading recruitment business within MandE and Construction.
