Electrical Manager - Social Housing - Property MaintenanceUp to 60,000 plus package - PermanentBased in HertfordshireWe are working with a well-established Social Housing Contractor to recruit an Electrical Manager, to oversee delivery of high-quality planned and responsive electrical works to local authority and housing association clients.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of electrical contracts across a portfolio of social housing properties. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring full compliance with current electrical regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the operational delivery of electrical works including testing programs and reactive maintenanceLead and support a team of Supervisors, Electricians and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to agreed service levels.Oversee the delivery of electrical installations, rewires, consumer unit upgrades, EICRs, remedial works, communal electrical systems and associated maintenance programmes.Ensure all electrical works comply with current legislation, including BS7671 Wiring Regulations, Health and Safety legislation and client specifications.Monitor contract performance against KPIs, SLAs and budgets, implementing improvements where required to maximise ..... full job details .....
