Senior Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Manager Location: Watford - South (Project-Based) Salary: Competitive Salary + Benefits Package Type: Permanent, Full-Time Vertec Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Manager to join their growing project delivery team. This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for the successful delivery of all mechanical and electrical aspects of complex construction projects. The successful candidate will provide technical and strategic leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through to installation, commissioning, handover and defects management. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. The Role As Senior MandE Manager, you will be responsible for leading all mechanical and electrical activities on assigned projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and operational excellence are achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of all mechanical and electrical aspects of assigned projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
