Job Advert: Solar Electrical Manager Location: Dryslwyn Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Solar Electrical Manager to lead and oversee the electrical installation, commissioning and maintenance of solar PV systems across commercial, industrial and/or residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong electrical professional with proven leadership skills and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality, while managing electrical teams, subcontractors and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all electrical aspects of solar PV installation projects, from planning through to commissioning and handover. Lead, supervise and support electrical engineers, electricians and subcontractors. Ensure all electrical works comply with current regulations, industry standards and health and safety requirements. Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Review electrical drawings, designs, specifications and installation methods. Oversee the installation and integration of solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage and associated electrical infrastructure.
