About ATS Gas Services: ATS Gas Services is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specialising in comprehensive mechanical and electrical services.As part of our strategic expansion, we are actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team as the Electrical Contracts Manager.This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our electrical business unit, overseeing procurement, contract management, quality assurance, and leading our expansion into the renewable sector.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Strategy:Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Electrical Division aligned with the company’s overall objectives.Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical division.Business Unit Management:Oversee all aspects of the Electrical Division, including procurement, sales, contract management, and quality assurance.Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the division’s success and efficiency.Manage the budget and financial performance of the Electrical Division.Expansion into Renewable Sector:Lead the company’s expansion into the renewable sector, with a focus on PV solar, air source heat pumps, and other emerging technologies.Identify market trends and opportunities in the renewable energy sector.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.Team Development:Manage and develop a high-performing team.Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver in their roles.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards in service delivery.Manage the company NICEIC certification including MCS etc.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in a leadership role within the electrical sector.Meet the requirements for the role of QS for NICEIC.Electrical Inspection and Testing Qualifications.Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and quality assurance processes.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.Skills:Contract ManagementElectrical Testing and InspectionConstructionEngineeringApply for This Role
