Oversee daily planning and scheduling of maintenance and improvement works•

Lead and coordinate supply chain activity and performance•

Chair regular progress and performance meetings with key partners•

Ensure safe and effective contract delivery, meeting client expectations and compliance standards•

Liaise closely with Depot Planning Teams to ensure workflow efficiency•

Monitor cost, quality, and timelines of multiple projectsThe Person:•

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the

construction industry•

Strong understanding of

NIHE contracts and frameworks•

Holder of a

CSR Supervisor Card

or

NVQ equivalent•

Excellent communication and organisational skills•

Skilled in team leadership and contractor managementThe Rewards:•
