Support the
MandE Operations Manager
in the effective delivery of maintenance and improvement contracts•
Manage the coordination of
self-delivered MTC works• Oversee sub-contractors, direct labour, stores, and supply chain partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure consistent performance• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and contract specificationsThe Person:•
Strong experience in
Facilities Management•
Previous experience working on
Housing Association contracts•
Experience in managing
heating maintenance contracts•
Knowledge of
MandE specialist systems
is essential•
Holder of a
CSR Supervisor Card
or
