EHCP Teaching Assistant - Slough Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience supporting young people with additional needs? A specialist SEN school in Slough is seeking a dedicated and caring EHCP Teaching Assistant to join their team. As an EHCP Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to students'' individual EHCP targets and needs. Help students develop confidence, independence, communication, and active participation in learning. Support students with their academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure students receive appropriate support in line with their EHCPs. Observe and monitor students'' progress, wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement throughout the school day.
