As an EHCP Assistant, you will: Providing 1:1 and small-group support. Supporting students with their individual EHCP targets. Assisting with learning, communication, and emotional regulation. Monitoring progress, engagement, and wellbeing. Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals. Building positive relationships with students.
