A specialist SEN school in Wokingham is seeking a dedicated and compassionate EHCP Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers.

As an EHCP Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to students'' individual EHCP outcomes and needs.
• Help students develop confidence, independence, communication, and active participation in learning.
• Support the implementation of individual learning, behaviour, and wellbeing strategies.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Observe and monitor students'' progress, wellbeing, engagement, and development.

• A confident communicator with a genuine passion for working within SEN.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
