You will work alongside experienced construction and design professionals who can offer genuine development, with a defined route into Senior Design Manager and wider project leadership positions. The contractor delivers a varied portfolio of major London schemes, including large-scale commercial developments and high-rise residential projects. This means you will gain exposure to different sectors, project stages and technical challenges rather than being tied to one type of build. The Role You will take responsibility for managing the design process through pre-construction and delivery, working closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors and the client.
