Senior Design Manager

Senior Design Manager - Buckinghamshire - -(Apply online only) a day+

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Design Manager to join a leading main contractor based in Buckinghamshire. They are currently searching for a freelance Senior Design Manager for upcoming MOJ projects in Buckinghamshire / London. The scheme is currently still in pre construction and consists of new build, refurbishment and fire safety works. Reporting directly to the Head of Design and Operations Manager, potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, consultancy or architectural background.

The Design Manager will have experience of working both on site and in the head office. The project is due to go to site in the next couple of months and the successful candidate will be expected to work from home or be office based for at least the first 3 months working on the PCSA before heading out to site for delivery.

Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least -5m with leading Main Contractors, Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central London.
