Ensure the development of cost-effective design solutions that align with the scope of work and project budgets. Provide strategic direction and leadership in the design process. Systematically record, monitor, and control design changes to maximise cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Support and mentor design managers and engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Conduct regular design review meetings to monitor progress and address any challenges proactively.
