HQ based in Essex, with projects in London and the home counties.

The Role - Design Coordinator-(Facade)

My client are looking for a proactive, committed Design Coordinator, to join the design team.

As part of the close-knit team, you will be responsible for:

• Design & document coordination between clients and external design houses
• Tracking design progress, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
• Co-ordination of fabrication schedules with the buying department
• Attending Design meetings as required on a project by project basis
• Downloading, upload and monitor all online systems such as 4Projects, Aconex, ASite and similar
• Producing monthly reports with updates on progress against each project
