Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the residential childcare facility.Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of care.Mentor and support staff in their professional development and ensure effective team management.Manage key performance indicators to monitor the quality of care provided.Participate in budgeting and financial planning to ensure resource allocation aligns with the home’s goals.Implement safety principles to ensure a secure environment for children and staff.Engage with children to promote their well-being and emotional development.Collaborate with external stakeholders, including social services and education providers.Participate in creating and reviewing care plans tailored to individual children''s needs.Essential Qualifications:

A commitment to providing exceptional care in a residential childcare setting.Strong understanding of mentoring principles and experience in team management.Knowledge of regulatory standards pertinent to residential childcare environments.Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within residential childcare.Proven track record in managing budgets and key performance indicators.Experience in applying safety principles effectively within a childcare context.Benefits:
