Location: Nr WalsallSalary: £35000- £40000Job Type: Permanent

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Home Manager to oversee our facility in Walsall. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong background in dementia care and home management.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the residential home to ensure the highest standards of care and service.- Oversee the implementation and management of personalized care plans for residents, with a focus on dementia care.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.- Lead, motivate, and develop staff members to achieve their full potential.- Manage budgets, resources, and ensure efficient operation of the home.- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, their families, and staff.

Skills and Experience:- Proven experience in home management within a residential care setting.-

(Required) Specialized skills and experience in dementia care.- Strong leadership and management abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.- Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in the care sector.

Qualifications:- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or related field.- Management qualifications are desirable.
