OverviewDeputy Director Education, Leeds Institute for Societal Futures (LISF). Grade 9 / 10, 0.4 FTE. Open to Academic Staff.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of LISF''s education strategic vision, working with the Director, one other Deputy Director (Research and Engagement), and the Head of LISF to deliver the Institute’s mission.
Engage across the University, LISF''s community, and external organisations to deliver interdisciplinary postgraduate education and collaboration.
Develop and deliver innovative education offerings, embedding co-creation and co-delivery into postgraduate teaching to generate cross-disciplinary and impact-driven outcomes.
Enhance LISF’s and the University of Leeds’ external reputation by promoting education initiatives related to societal futures.
Qualifications
PhD or equivalent experience in a societal-challenge topic.
Substantial experience in developing and delivering student education activities.
Detailed knowledge of the higher education education landscape.
