This prestigious riverside residential development, situated in Rotherhithe, requires an immaculately Day Concierge to work on the main reception desk and take responsibility for the operations of the property in terms of front of house customer service, security, health and safety, cleanliness and maintenance.- Routine duties will be to provide a professional and welcoming front of house reception facility for residents and visitors, assist with all residents requests and deliver a bespoke 5* service, deal with visiting contractors ensuring they have a right to be there, monitor the security of the building, ensure all health and safety requirements are met, liaise with the General manager on any site/maintenance issues that require action.- Candidates must have experience in a similar high end establishment, have excellent English communication skills, excellent organisational skills, good initiative and self-motivation, and a strong proven track record.-
