Day Concierge Location: Battersea, South West LondonSalary: £28,500 per annumShift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off 7:00am-7:00pmBreak: 1-hour unpaid lunchContract: Full-time, permanent The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Day Concierge to join a high-quality residential development in Battersea. As a key member of the on-site team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service to residents, guests and visitors throughout the day. You will act as the first point of contact at the concierge desk, while also supporting the security, safety and smooth day-to-day operation of the development. This is a resident-facing role suited to someone who is confident, approachable and professional, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist residents, guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Act as the main point of contact at the concierge desk and deal with day-to-day resident enquiries Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries, dealing with them appropriately or directing them to the relevant team Receive, log and safely manage deliveries and post Monitor CCTV and access control systems and carry out regular security checks Ensure only authorised residents, guests and contractors have access to the building Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents and alarms, escalating where necessary Liaise with emergency ..... full job details .....
