Job role / duties

• Support the Business Sales Manager by using data to affect customer insight
• Liaise daily with Sales & Marketing, Operations & Purchasing departments internally to support daily activity
• Liaise with customers and company manufacturing sites globally for updates and insights
• Be responsible for coordinating both new and existing product development
• Present insight and analysis to management and custoimer
• Creating compelling category insight presentations and delivering commercial analysis;
• Assist in delivering successful product launches
• Account manage customer projects.
• Deal with or escalate any complaints
• Assist with the sales process including tenders, forecasting, costing and analysis.
• Ensure process administration is accurate and updated to deadline
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, client meetings and manufacturing sites in the UK and overseas

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Have worked in a similar role within an FMCG/Manufacturing environment
• Possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Be used to presenting information
• Have excellent project management skills
• Be used to providing accurate and valuable insights
• Be highly organised
• Possess a full clean driving licence
