Brand Protection Partner, responsible for customer strategy and ensuring that this strategy is delivered by your team and in close collaboration with Corsearch’s Global Delivery and Enforcement teams. You will be the primary point of escalation for your customer, working alongside a Senior Brand Protection Partner and/or Director. You will work with various brand owners to create a safe online environment with the goal of eliminating IP infringements globally, ensuring creativity is rewarded and consumers are protected from illegal and dangerous products. Counterfeits are commonly sold by organized criminal networks that can be linked to terrorism and human trafficking, offering an opportunity to have a positive global impact.Responsibilities And Duties
Primary ownership and accountability for the customer.Create, drive, and continuously improve the strategy for customer success.Agree on KPIs or other success measures with the customer.Actively monitor and report on progress for all customer programs.Provide regular performance feedback for all Client Managers/Coordinators working in your team.Deal with customer communications and escalations in a timely manner to ensure quick resolution.Lead quarterly customer business reviews and provide suggestions on program improvements.Monitor health and own accountability for all customers.Assist the Operations Manager in recruitment for new members assigned to your customers as required.Foster collaboration among customers with common issues to share best practices and enforcement targets.Collaborate with global delivery, enforcement, legal, sales, product and tech teams to ensure a cohesive approach to brand protection.Stay informed about industry trends, laws and regulations, and recommend changes as needed.Maintain regular communication with team members across customers, including meetings and progress updates.Maintain working knowledge of Salesforce, Timely, Freshdesk, Asana, Corsearch Academy, Corsearch Clubhouse, and OBP Platforms (Zero, Talisman, and Browser Plug-ins) and other tools as introduced.Participate in thought leadership initiatives and attend/speak at industry events when opportunities arise.Essential
Previous experience in Brand Protection or related roles; preferably as Client Manager/Coordinator or equivalent.Ability to communicate clearly, delegate tasks, provide feedback, and set goals and expectations.Strong customer service skills.Fluent in Spanish.Ability to monitor health of customer relationships and ensure services meet client expectations.Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop solutions.Ability to make difficult decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.Strong knowledge of the Brand Protection industry, including online infringement and counterfeiting.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders.Effective communication with clients, superiors, and other stakeholders.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to interpret trends.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Motivated and results-driven with a high degree of responsibility.Strong risk assessment and risk mitigation skills.Corsearch is an equal opportunity and inclusive employer and does not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
