Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pmAbout the Role:As the Customer Success Manager, you''ll be the first point of contact for valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is seamless from day one. Your responsibilities will include:Providing outstanding customer service and supportActing as the main liaison for client queries and requestsMonitoring contract renewals and leading contract negotiationsSupporting the onboarding process for new clientsKeeping the CRM system up to dateWhat We''re Looking For:We''re seeking someone with a strong background in customer service or account management.
