Customer Service Specialist

We are working with a manufacturing company who are based in Bradford and are looking to appoint a Customer Service Specialist to join their busy team on an ongoing, temporary basis. As an experienced Customer Service Specialist, you will be managing a portfolio of clients and supporting with all day to day calls and enquiries, this fully office based role is to start immediately and requires the successful candidate to be involved with; Acting as the key point of contact for all customer enquiries Work across departments to ensure goods are shipped in a timely mannerHandling customer requestsSupport with any ad hoc requests relating to the role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team within a fast paced and energetic setting.
