You''ll need to demonstrate your experience whilst dealing with our customers They are a small friendly busy team with a positive can-do attitude. This is a non customer facing role working in the expanding head office based in Batley, West Yorkshire.Duties Being the first point of contact to all new or existing customers, either over the phone or via email. (There is no face to face) Dealing with a wide range of enquiries from pre sales, chasing orders, dealing with complaints, escalations to after sales. Liaising with internal departments in order to resolve all customer queries fast and efficiently. Liaise with third party suppliers/courier to resolve all customer queries fast and efficiently. Chasing delieveries Arranging transport Element of administration to the role, updating systems, maintaining customer details and accounts.
