Description

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be working in the Legal and Debt Management Department helping organisations that are in arrears with their bills.

This is an extremely varied role and will be a mixture of administration and providing b2b support.

You will play a key part within the team working on excel tracking debts alongside analysing data looking at trends and ways to improve the customer journey and minimise escalations.

The role will also be client facing supporting with queries over the telephone negotiating payments and setting up suitable plans and options.

Profile

Experience working within Customer Services/Administration alongside a legal and debt recovery background would be advantageous however not essential

A confident communicator and an excellent telephone manner able to build good working relationships

Analytical and a methodical approach

Confident on excel and formulas desirable

Able to work in a targeted volume setting

An excellent team player
