Customer Service Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a leading manufacturing organisation within a fast-paced commercial environment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wigan.Benefits:Salary - £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependant on experienceWorking Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmHolidays - 25 days per annum, plus 8 Bank Holidays4.5% Matched Pension ContributionOffice-basedThe Role:You will be responsible for leading a customer service team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and acting as a key link between customers, sales, production, and logistics. This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction and supporting the wider commercial strategy.Key Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and manage a team of Customer Service Coordinators Deliver outstanding customer service and manage expectations effectively Oversee order management, ensuring accuracy across pricing, stock, and delivery timelinesWork cross-functionally with production, logistics, and sales to achieve OTIF targets Support account planning and customer review meetingsDrive continuous improvement across customer service processesSpecification:Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP) Background in manufacturing, logistics, or commercial sectors is essentialUnderstanding of order management and supply chain processesCustomer-centric approach with strong empathyExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) Team leadership and ..... full job details .....
