Online Hub Operative - Customer Service Ecommerce OperativeInsight Employment are seeking a Customer Service Ecommerce Operative to work for a client of ours in Northwest Milton Keynes.The Role: -You will be working in the heart of a fantastic non-profit company. Your main purpose as a Customer Service Operative is to manage questions and queries regarding products on the client''s website and Ebay and other E-Commerce platforms that are being sold on site.Key Responsibilities: -Taking photos of the productsWorking on a timelineAttention to detailData entryGood level of IT skills and prior knowledge of selling You will be able to understand health and safety procedures and be able to work in a safe manner to ensure your own safety and safety of othersAbility to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouseRequirements: - Must be hands-on and proactive with a positive "can do attitude". Must be customer focused. Must have a disciplined approach to work including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining focus, and great attention to detail.
