Part-time Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to join a well established company based in Leighton Buzzard, who are recruiting due to continued growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience.Location: Leighton Buzzard. Working Hours: 09:00am - 15:00pm, Monday to Friday. You MUST be able to work all 5-days. Contract Type: Permanent. Duties: Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Identify and resolve customer concerns. Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns or exchanges.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.Support other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.Maintain high customer satisfaction by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with customers.Supporting the office with all admin related duties. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Skills/Requirements: Previous customer service experience, within an office environment - essential. Knowledge of order processing - essential. Excellent people skills - essential. Literate and numerical - essential. Strong computer skills, with the ability and confidence to use CRM systems.
