Customer Service Coordinator - Temp to Perm

Coalville | Office-based | Full-time 40 hours/week | -13.00 per hour

Temp to perm after 12 weeks

We''re looking for a confident, organised Customer Service Coordinator to proactively contact customers ahead of scheduled deliveries. You''ll confirm bookings and delivery details, keep customer records accurate, and flag any issues before dispatch to help reduce failed deliveries and improve service.

What you''ll be doing

• Pre-calling customers to confirm delivery date/time, access restrictions, opening hours and instructions
• Arranging/confirming delivery bookings and updating internal systems accurately
• Escalating delivery concerns or special requirements to Transport/Operations
• Maintaining accurate customer details (data checks/cleansing) and logging all customer contact
• Providing delivery updates/ETAs when required

What we''re looking for

• Strong customer service and an excellent telephone manner
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office
• Confident using Outlook and Excel (CRM/database experience a plus)
