Tired of sales? Want a customer service role instead? This may be just the role for you We are recruiting for a customer service advisor for our client in the Crawley area of West Sussex. As a Customer Advisor you will: • Exceed customers expectations and keep customer service standards maintained • Handle inbound telephone calls and e-mails from customers • Support all aspects of the customer journey from product queries, advice and aftersales care • Take ownership of any general issues, finding suitable solutions for customers • Providing prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication in line with company policy • Liaise with other departments to ensure best service is maintained • Build a strong relationship with the team and customers.
