Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Pay Rate: -14.40 per hour

Location: Chester Business Park

Contract : Temporary - 12 months

Start Dates: 23rd February 2026

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am-8pm shift rotation, 1 Saturday every 4 weeks 9am - 4pm with day off during the week in lieu

This role combines the best of home and office working. You''ll work as part of a local office-based team while also benefiting from the flexibility of working from home on agreed days. Office attendance is a key part of the role, ensuring you receive support, coaching, and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Adviser, you''ll support customers who already have a mortgage with us, helping answer questions, resolve queries, and guide them through important moments in their homeownership journey. While you''ll learn about mortgages as part of the role, your success will come from your ability to listen, understand customer needs, and provide outstanding service.

On a day-to-day basis you will: -

• Supporting customers with queries about their existing mortgage accounts
• Taking ownership of customer conversations and finding the right solutions
• Delivering a friendly, professional experience on every interaction
• Building confidence and trust with customers during key life moments
• Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
