Job Description
We are currently recruiting for 2 Customer Service Advisors to join a busy customer service team on a 3-month temporary basis. This role will play a key part in supporting the business through a peak trading period, ensuring customers receive a professional, efficient and positive experience.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues and maintaining excellent levels of customer service while working closely with colleagues across the business.
Role and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Process customer requests and update internal systems accurately
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Escalate complex issues where required
• Ensure customers are kept informed throughout the resolution process
• Support the wider customer service team during peak trading periods
• Contribute to a positive and customer-focused working environment

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Positive, proactive and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and committed throughout the duration of the assignment

• Salary equivalent to £28,000 per annum
