Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable tenancy management organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience or knowledge in lettings and tenancy management. The role offers a competitive salary of 25,000 - 26,000 per annum, with a great work-life balance, including an early finish on Fridays. This is a temp-to-perm position, providing you with the potential to secure a permanent role with a company that values its staff.In this diverse position, you will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, assisting with housing and benefit-related queries, as well as managing lettings for any void properties.
