Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Our well-established client based in the Halesowen area are currently recruiting for a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Main duties of the Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor role include: Handle incoming enquiries via telephone and email Liaise with suppliers in Hong Kong Process customer orders Input data into the system Arrange collections and deliveries Manage customer complaints General administration duties as required The ideal candidate will: Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Cantonese Have previous Customer Service/Administration experience Have excellent IT skills This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
