Location: Derby DE22
Pay: -12.47 per hour - weekly pay
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (1-hour lunch). Finish at 4:30 pm one day each week.
Contract: Temporary until February 2026

About the Role
We''re looking for an organised and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join a busy office-based team. You''ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping orders and records accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer enquiries

• Take and process customer orders

• Input and update data accurately

• File documents and maintain records

• Add notes and updates to agent/end notes systems

What We''re Looking For

• Strong communication and telephone skills

• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage your own workload

• Previous office or call-handling experience is desirable but not essential
