I am recruiting for an Administrator for a Derby based Client on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be communicating with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the site operation.
Duties will include-
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Making sure to arrive and leave in a punctual manner and that correct break times are adhered to
- Answer the phone to deal with enquiries or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Booking Loads in over the phone and Via email
- Maintain and updating pallet records

- Excellent communication skills
Useful Experience:
- Very good knowledge of MS office
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Working to tight deadlines
- Able to prioritize ever demanding changes
Candidates MUST have strong experience with Microsoft packages including Excel.
SAFETY BOOTS AND HIGH VIS ARE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE
Hours are Monday- Friday 08.30- 16.30.
