Your responsibilities will include:Answering incoming calls and logging breakdown calls accurately.Ensuring all jobs logged receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA).Providing accurate and valid information to our customers.Liaising with mobile fitters and third-party engineers to minimise site delays.Managing emails in your personal inbox as well as shared inboxes.Collaborating with customers, depots, mobile fitters, and third-party suppliers.Escalating any issues to the Escalations Manager.Investigating and resolving customer queries with precision.Delivering exceptional levels of customer service via phone and email to both potential and existing customers.What We''re Looking For:The ideal candidate will bring a blend of skills and experience, including:Good spoken and written English (minimum Grade C GCSE English Language required).Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.Outstanding communication skills across all channels.Experience in regular communication over the phone and via email.Proficiency in MS ..... full job details .....
