You''ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time, and supported with exceptional customer service throughout the order journey. The Role As part of a dedicated team, you''ll be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, maintaining accurate system data, liaising with transport providers, and ensuring customers receive timely updates and support. Key Responsibilities Process, amend, update, track, and manage customer orders using the Order Management System. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer and order data. Provide customers with order updates, tracking information, and status reports. Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels. Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, escalating where necessary. Ensure customer charges and order details are accurate for invoicing purposes.
