Customer Service and Logistics Admin Huddersfield Circa £25,500 per annum Our client, a market-leading business within the Huddersfield area, is looking to recruit a proactive and organised Customer Services and Logistics Administrator to join their existing established team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while coordinating the efficient movement of goods and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational processes. The successful candidate will act as the key link between customers, suppliers, warehouse operations, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. In addition to customer service and logistics responsibilities, the role includes a range of administrative and operational support duties that contribute to the overall success of the business. Key Customer Service Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels. Deliver a professional, friendly, and responsive customer experience, building strong relationships with customers. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is entered correctly. Provide customers with timely updates on orders, product availability, lead times, and deliveries. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly, escalating where appropriate.
