Customer Service Coordinator

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established business in Shipley who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a varied role combining customer service, complaints handling, administration and KPI reporting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a busy and varied position. The Role You will be responsible for: Dealing with customer complaints and making sure they are directed to the right team Investigating and resolving complaints where appropriate Keeping customers updated and managing correspondence Working closely with internal departments to resolve customer queries Collecting and analysing data to produce KPI reports Presenting KPI information internally and externally Supporting with quotations and processing orders Providing general administration support across the Sales team About You We''re looking for someone who has: Previous experience in customer service, sales or a similar coordination role Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers and internal teams Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience working with data and KPIs Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines A proactive and flexible approach Good customer service and problem-solving skills If you are immediately available and looking for a new role, please apply now. ..... full job details .....
