This role is central to delivering a seamless customer experience, supporting clients from order receipt through to post-shipment, while maintaining a consistently high standard of professionalism and service.The RoleThe Customer Service Administrator plays a key role in ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally, while supporting internal teams to meet operational and delivery targets.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional and courteous approach in all customer communications, both internal and externalProcess customer orders accurately on a daily basis, ensuring minimal errors and full compliance with company proceduresLiaise with internal teams to schedule orders in line with production capacity and ensure timely shipmentMonitor and maintain accurate customer order dates, providing timely updates where delays occurRespond to customer queries and resolve discrepancies within 24 hoursManage post-order enquiries in line with company processesPrepare and manage all required export documentation ahead of shipment datesMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer and shipping information Manage consignment stock, including invoicing, replenishment, and ..... full job details .....
