We''re recruiting for a fast-growing and ambitious business looking to expand their friendly team with a Customer Engagement Advisor. This is a genuinely rewarding role where you''ll finish each day knowing you''ve helped someone access support that could make a real difference to their life while also having the chance to earn up to GBP4,000 pa in bonuses.

What will you be doing as a Customer Engagement Advisor?

This is much more than a typical customer service role. You''ll be supporting customers who have already enquired about claiming a government benefit, helping them take the first step towards accessing the financial support they may be entitled to.

Duties will include:

• Making outbound calls to customers who have enquired about the services the company provides (no cold calling!)
• Speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day, handling enquiries and following up warm leads
• Building trust and rapport with older customers, making them feel comfortable, supported and understood
• Clearly explaining the service and answering questions with patience and empathy
• Handling objections gently but confidently, guiding customers through the next steps
• Managing your own pipeline of enquiries using the CRM system
• Booking suitable customers into appointments with the Claims Processing team

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Whether you''ve worked as a Telesales Executive, Appointment Setter, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Experience Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, Call Centre Advisor, or in another telephone-based customer service role, we''d love to hear from you.

You''ll have:

• A confident, engaging and friendly telephone manner
• The ability to make outbound calls on a daily basis
• Experience in pensions, insurance, claims, or other financial services based industries would be interesting but is not essential
• A kind, compassionate and patient approach
• The ability to quickly rapport and gain people''s trust to guide them to making an appointment
• Clear, easy-to-understand communication skills
• Confidence using a CRM system and managing your own workload
• A positive attitude
