Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of an established client growing its sales and engagement team across Manchester. They''re looking for confident, approachable individuals to join as Sales & Customer Engagement Representatives, representing well-known charities and brands directly to the public.

About the Role

As a Sales & Customer Engagement Representative, you''ll spend your day meeting people where they work, shop, and live across Manchester, having open, honest conversations on behalf of the brand or charity you represent. This isn''t about a rigid script - it''s about genuinely engaging with people, understanding what matters to them, and showing how the cause or offer you''re representing fits into that.

Where there''s genuine interest, you''ll guide the person through a clear, simple sign-up process, ensuring they leave the conversation feeling informed, respected, and glad they spoke with you.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Approaching and engaging people across Manchester in confident, natural conversation.

• Building genuine rapport before introducing the brand, charity, or campaign you represent.

• Listening carefully to questions or concerns and responding honestly and clearly.

• Guiding interested individuals through sign-up, ensuring accuracy at every step.

• Working towards personal and team targets for both engagement quality and sales.

• Taking part in ongoing training around communication, engagement, and sales technique.

• Supporting a positive, collaborative team culture.

What You''ll Receive

• Full training and ongoing coaching from experienced team members.

• Total earnings range between -1,935 and -2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
