What will you be doing as a Customer Engagement Advisor?This is much more than a typical customer service role. You''ll be supporting customers who have already enquired about claiming a government benefit, helping them take the first step towards accessing the financial support they may be entitled to.Duties will include:Making outbound calls to customers who have enquired about the services the company provides (no cold calling!)Speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day, handling enquiries and following up warm leadsBuilding trust and rapport with older customers, making them feel comfortable, supported and understoodClearly explaining the service and answering questions with patience and empathyHandling objections gently but confidently, guiding customers through the next stepsManaging your own pipeline of enquiries using the ..... full job details .....
