Customer Care Specialist - Fixed Term Contract Location: Redditch, WorcestershireHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmSalary: £26,000 per annum plus 15% Annual Bonus (paid in April 2027)Contract: Fixed Term Contract until April 2027 Overview We are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join a busy and professional customer care team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. This role sits at the heart of service delivery, supporting customers through every stage of their journey and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience. As the first point of contact, you will represent the business with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, managing enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to build strong and lasting customer relationships.
