Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Location: Solihull Benefits: 23 days holiday increasing with service, enhanced company pension scheme, Life Assurance, Free Parking, Employee Assistance Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, building positive relationships and taking ownership of issues through to resolution. Working as part of a busy Customer Service team, you will be responsible for coordinating reported defects and customer care works from initial notification through to completion. You will act as an important link between customers, clients, site teams, subcontractors and internal departments, ensuring works are progressed efficiently and everyone is kept informed along the way. This role would suit someone who is confident communicating by telephone, comfortable handling challenging conversations and able to remain calm and professional when managing complaints or competing priorities. Previous experience within construction, property or housebuilding would be advantageous, but strong customer service, administration and coordination experience will also be considered. ..... full job details .....
