This permanent role is suited to an experienced customer care professional with construction knowledge, overseeing customer service from exchange through completion and the defects process while coordinating closely with sales, production, site teams and subcontractors.Role and ResponsibilitiesManage customer communication from exchange through completionCoordinate customer care across two residential developmentsComplete quality inspections and monitor outstanding defectsMaintain plot records using Fieldview and COINSDeliver home demonstrations and support customer handoversYou will also attend build and sales meetings, coordinate subcontractors and support consistent presentation, construction and customer service standards.Skills and Experience RequiredAt least five years'' relevant construction or customer care experiencePractical knowledge of residential construction processesPrevious team management experienceListed building experience is desirableStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsYou will also need good financial awareness, knowledge of Health and Safety responsibilities, computer literacy across Word, Excel and email, and a clean driving licence.
