Customer Care Coordinator

Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys building relationships, coordinating contractors, and delivering an excellent customer experience. You''ll support partnership housing providers, residents, and internal teams while helping to ensure works are completed efficiently and enquiries are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Customer Care and Partnerships teams
• Act as a key contact for customer and client enquiries
• Chase contractors for appointments and updates on completed works
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to resolve defects efficiently
• Raise work instructions, quotations, and material orders
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Support inspections, complaints handling, and insurance claims administration
• Provide cover for incoming customer care calls
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Experience & Skills Required:

• Previous customer service, customer care, coordinator, or administration experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of COINS software would be advantageous
• Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
