What We''re Looking ForProven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or retention marketing.Hands-on experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automated journeys and personalisation.Experience analysing campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.Knowledge of GDPR and UK/EEA marketing regulations.Experience in fintech, financial services or consumer technology.Hands-on experience with Braze, Iterable or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Experience with dynamic content, personalisation and scaling CRM operations.
