CRM Manager West End | Up to £75,000 | Hybrid, 3 days office/2 days remote Are you an experienced CRM professional who knows how to turn client data into something genuinely useful for business development? We are working with a highly regarded London professional services firm looking for a CRM andamp; Client Data Manager to take ownership of its CRM strategy, data quality and adoption across a 400 to 500 user environment. This is more than a CRM administration role. You will have the opportunity to shape how CRM is used across the organisation, influence future technology decisions and help embed a new approach across both Business Development andamp; Marketing teams and senior fee earners.
